Reimagining NWACC: Inside the Creative Strategy
As the Associate Director of Creative Services at NWACC, I played a key role in the college’s full rebrand initiative. Working in collaboration with an external agency, our team researched, planned, and developed two new logos and a refreshed brand identity for both the college and its athletics program.
Throughout the process, I partnered closely with my director to evaluate logo iterations and provide strategic feedback. For the primary NWACC logo, we aimed to honor the legacy of the original mark while modernizing it for the future. For the athletics logo, we focused on crafting a look that felt fierce, competitive, and aligned with both the college brand and the vision of the athletics director.
The rebrand took approximately one year from concept to completion. Once finalized, I helped implement the new branding across the college’s website, social media, promotional swag, and campus signage, designing many of the materials used in the rollout.
